🍊 Orange Ginger Stir-Fry Bowl
Serves: 2 (Generous 30 oz portions)
Character: Zesty ginger and fresh orange glaze meet crisp, roasted vegetables for a meal that is both healing and hearty.
Bowl Components
- Protein Choice: 2 cups cooked pasture-raised chicken (diced) OR 2 cups crispy baked firm tofu.
- Vegetable Base: 3 cups roasted cauliflower florets + 2 cups sautéed sugar snap peas.
- The Grain: 1½ cups cooked sprouted white rice (for easier digestion and nutrient absorption).
- Garnish: Fresh green onions, sesame seeds, or a pinch of chili flakes.
Orange Ginger Sauce
- ½ cup fresh orange juice + 1 tbsp orange zest.
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger + 1 clove grated garlic.
- 1½ tbsp coconut aminos (our soy-free alternative).
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar + 2 tsp rice vinegar.
- ½ tsp sesame oil + 1 tsp arrowroot starch (for that glossy, chef-crafted finish).
Instructions

Roast & Sauté: Toss your cauliflower in a splash of avocado or coconut oil (never seed oils!) and roast at 425°F until golden. Quickly sauté snap peas over high heat until vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- Whisk the Sauce: Simmer all sauce ingredients (except arrowroot) in a small pan for 4 minutes. Stir in your arrowroot slurry and watch it transform into a thick, intentional glaze.
- Prepare your Protein: Pan-sear your chicken or tofu until golden. Toss directly in a few spoonfuls of the sauce to lock in that citrus-ginger heat.
- Assemble with Purpose: Layer your sprouted rice, roasted cauliflower, and snap peas. Top with your protein and drizzle the remaining sauce generously.
